DING 2012: “Born at Market Harborough, Lei.. He first worked as a journeyman in London and then became a printer and bookseller at Stamford, Lin. In 1799 he moved to Mansfield and continued working in his trade. He collaborated with local antiquary Major Hayman Rooke. In 1801 he moved to Nottingham, working as a printer. He returned to Market Harborough in 1805. He died in Birmingham.”
